Perfect accommodation for a large group of family or friends. Redwood Apartment is stylish and boasts a central location in the village of Croyde.

The open plan kitchen diner is lovely light and spacious. It has a large long dining table which can seat up to 10 people.  The modern kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher. There is plenty of cupboard space for groceries and fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses and mugs.

The living room is open plan with two large sofa’s and additional chairs. There is a wall mounted TV with Freeview and  WiFi. The living room is a lovely space to kick back and socialise.

Outside the apartment is a large decked balcony where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or alfresco dining.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 plus Bathrooms:

On the same level as the open plan living area are two large which can sleep 5 people in total.  One bedroom has a double bed with access to the balcony and the second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed, ideal for a family of five on the same floor.. There is a large open hallway which leads to two beautiful, modern bathrooms.  The largest of the bathrooms has a large walk in shower, two sink basins, wc and heated towel rails. The second bathroom also features a large walk in shower, sink and wc.

Bedrooms 3 and 4:

The large open hallway leads to a staircase which takes you up to two further bedrooms.  These bedrooms can sleep five people. The first bedroom you arrive to has three single beds  The other bedroom has a double bed.  Please be mindful that these two bedrooms are set in the eaves, featuring lovely exposed wooden beams but ceiling height is low in places. To access the second bedroom on this floor you need to walk through the first bedroom on this level. Again, this is ideal for a second family of five people.

Balcony and Parking

There is an outside balcony with a table and seating for up to 10 people. It is westerly facing so a perfect sun trap in the evenings. There are dedicated parking spaces at the rear of the apartment for two cars that are accessed from the road at the side of the ice cream shop. Please note that access is tight!  Sorry, nothing we can do about that as the properties were built a long time ago before cars were invented. There is an alternative car park about 100 yards away at the rear of the village hall and this is paid for parking.
